Phnom Penh, Cambodia, April 17, 2008Skulls of victims are on display at a "killing fields" memorial at Choeung Ek outside of the capital city.

Hundreds of survivors of the brutal Khmer Rouge Communist regime, which killed as many as 1.5 million Cambodians between 1975 and 1979, gathered at the memorial on the anniversary of the government's collapse.

The survivors called for the regime's elderly leaders to undergo speedy trials, which have been delayed due to a funding crisis, Radio Australia reported.
