Photo: Yellowstone Geysers May Stop Erupting, Study Suggests



Old Faithful—Yellowstone National Park's most famous geyser—erupts in winter in an undated photo.

Research released in July 2008 suggests that the clockwork-regular eruptions at Yellowstone are slowing down—and may even stop—because of global-warming-related dry spells.
